We pride ourselves on approaching every claim with an open mind and clear conscience. This provides the policyholder with a positive claim experience.

We believe the key to outstanding customer service is well-trained adjusters who are up-to-date with their claims throughout the lifetime of the claims process.

Remain neutral

We believe there is due diligence to the policyholder as well as the carrier who provides coverage. We believe in paying what is owed when it’s owed to avoid unnecessary payments and overpaying claims. 

Service level standards

We hold our adjusters to high service level standards. Our adjusters are expected to go above and beyond in order to ensure that claims are handled fairly and promptly. 

Leadership

Frontline is management as well as veteran lead. Management is operated only by well-seasoned adjusters and industry leaders. We are confident that any situation is able to be handled by our team.
